Keep a Woman Interested

Posted on 1:51 AM by Mr FX_is

When you have found a woman you are interested in keeping, you know it because you're concerned with things like how long you should wait to call her in addition to the obvious attraction factor. You must work to keep her from moving on, and here are some ways to keep the attraction flowing between the two of you.
Be self-confident. Being a secure man boosts her attraction to you as long as you are confident without being egotistical. Women like a man who is confident in himself.
Keep her guessing. This helps prevent her from becoming complacent and taking you for granted. Women do not want a man who is at available at their every whim. Pull her in, and then push her away just a little periodically to keep things interesting.
Compliment her regularly, but in a way which is not predictable. You want to be careful not to give her the same "you look great today" statement every time you see her because it won't mean as much to her. Instead, be creative with what you say and how you say it and be sincere.
Continue having your own life. Do things with your friends from time to time without her. There are times to include her in doing things with your friends, but a little space will cause a harmonious balance in both of your lives, and your woman will stay interested if you are not clinging to her. This will leave her wanting more, and she will appreciate the time she does have with you
Be an imaginative and romantic lover. Seduce your woman with romantic surprises both small (flowers for no reason) and large (a romantic trip) from time to time.
Take care of yourself. Dress, eat and exercise well. Everyone desires to be with someone attractive, and this will help your woman remain attracted to you.
Listen to her. Pay attention and ask questions so she feels appreciated. Be aware, women like to vent when discussing troubles and this doesn't necessarily mean she is looking for advice on what to do. Only offer solutions when she asks.

Sleep With Your Partner

Posted on 1:45 AM by Mr FX_is

For those of you looking for sex advice, this is the wrong article. However, if you share a bed with your significant other, feel free to read on. Getting enough rest is essential for physical and emotional well-being, but sharing a bed can make it difficult for some couples.
First, realize that if you have a queen-size or smaller mattress, you each have less space of your own than if you each occupied a twin-sized bed. Sharing so much of your personal space can be quite cozy and intimate, but problems can arise if you're not careful. Make sure you are clean and have brushed your teeth before turning in. Few things are more unpleasant than waking up with someone's rancid breath, or, even worse, a smelly armpit right in your face.
The room should not be so cold that you're shivering, but it shouldn't be so hot you break a sweat, either. Because we're all a little different, it's quite possible that you and your partner will be comfortable at different temperatures. Compromise! It is better to err on the too-chilly side, because you can always add more blankets, but if your partner's already naked and covered only with a sheet, there's not much else he can do to cool down.
DO NOT hog the blankets. It's particularly discourteous to tuck one end under your body and roll, so that the entire blanket is wrapped around you burrito-style. If you or yours is a blanket-hog, get a bigger blanket! Or, if you're both short and no one's feet will poke out the bottom, turn the blanket so it lies sideways across the bed. The extra length at the sides will ensure you're both perfectly covered. If all else fails, each of you should have a separate blanket. It's less intimate than sharing covers, but still better than freezing or sleeping in different beds.
Control your gas. Of course, an occasional slip-up is fine- you are, after all, close enough to be sharing a bed! However, if you are a habitual offender, or if your emissions are real scorchers (or deafeningly loud), it's worth taking a look at your diet. Eliminate foods that cause gas, or, at the very least, eat them earlier in the day. Try a product like Beano if that doesn't work. A friend of mine once told me he likes to hold his wife under the covers and "let one rip." This is UNACCEPTABLE. Do not do it, unless you want her to divorce you and take everything.
If you read before going to sleep, turn off the light when you are done. Each partner should have a separate bedside lamp, because they are less disruptive than the overhead light. Try not to watch T.V. in the bedroom. If you must, headphones are a good option to avoid disrupting your partner. Set the sleep timer so the T.V. will go off if you fall asleep.
If your dreams cause to become very active, try to relax before bed. A hot bath or a cup of caffeine-free tea might be just what your brain needs to calm down.

Not face to face but mentally. Let that hurt go.(suggestion throw in the air our lord will get it and leave it up to our lord.)

Give your new mate the benefit of doubt. Don't accuse them of stuff even if the situation is similar to a past situation. Trust them until you have a reason not too. A in your face reason.

Thank your past mate who hurt you in the past for the experience and teaching you and take that lesson as a stepping stone to finding the mate of your dreams.

Long Distance Relationship

Posted on 1:30 AM by Mr FX_is

You and your Internet Valentine are becoming a hot item, but are you ready to take the next step in your long distance relationship? Here's how to find out if you are ready for the next level.

You and your Internet Valentine have been talking for awhile, and you both think it's time to meet in person. Take a deep breath. The decision to meet in person is very important, but make sure you do not put so much importance on the success of the first meeting that you become awkward and uncomfortable.

Choose one or more activities that will allow you both to have fun and be able to talk freely. Playing billiards together, bowling, biking, hiking, playing golf or miniature golf, wall climbing, dancing, attending an outdoor concert or fireworks display, skating, or an outdoor picnic are all good ideas for a first date. Having something to do takes away some of the pressure you or your Valentine might feel

Be sure to pick a day when you are both well rested. Nothing can spoil a date like having one or the other so tired from overwork that he is yawning his way through the first date. Take cues from your Valentine about whether or not he is enjoying the activity.

Listen to your date. Make mental notes when she talks about her likes and dislikes. Be honest if you don't enjoy a suggested activity.

How to Get Rich Slowly

Posted on 1:25 AM by Mr FX_is

Tired of get-rich-quick schemes that never work? Sick of hearing hype about how you can earn millions while you sleep? Tempted to play the lottery? Let's get real. For the vast majority of America's millionaires, it did not happen overnight. The first-generation wealthy in this country know that to succeed, you have to work hard, make sacrifices, and be smart with your money. Here are some ideas to help you learn how to get rich slowly.

Learn to budget. Each month, spend your money on paper before you spend a dollar out of your accounts. You'll learn how to get rich slowly if you know where all your money is going and allot categories for saving and investing in addition to living expenses.

Avoid credit cards and excessive debt. Credit cards can lead to a spiral of debt. Avoid that by never opening credit cards and paying off (and then closing) any open credit accounts you have. Save up enough of an emergency fund where you can feel secure without a credit card in your wallet.

Live on less than what you earn. This simple rule by itself, if followed, will make the most difference in your finances.

Save for emergencies. Build up a liquid savings account to tap into in case of emergency situations where extra (non-budgeted) money is needed, such as accidents, health crises, income loss, etc.

Invest wisely. Look for mutual funds that spread your risk over a large number of stocks, funds and indexes. Avoid sinking all of your money into one thing. And the bottom line ... if you don't understand it, don't invest your money in it! Learn more until you know what you are doing.

Increase your income (but keep your low-cost lifestyle). A raise doesn't help you to get rich slowly if you spend it all on things you don't really need. Work hard at your job, look for promotions within your company and keep your skills sharp. Consider adding a part-time business or side job to bring in more income if needed.

Protect your assets. Cover yourself with enough liability, health and life insurance to protect your assets and family from income loss, disability, and lawsuits.

Buy bargains. Avoid paying full price whenever possible. Search used book sales, consignment shops and other sales to get the most for your money. Use grocery coupons combined with supermarket sales to get the lowest prices on food. See Resources, below, for a great coupon source.

Buy cheap Airline Tickets

Posted on 1:20 AM by Mr FX_is

With a little forethought and some flexibility, you can reach your favorite destinations without breaking the bank. If you don't know anybody who works in the airline industry that can give you a hook-up, follow the advice below.

Keep yourself updated on airfare wars by watching the news and reading the newspaper. Look for limited-time promotional fares from major airlines and airline companies just starting up.

Be flexible in scheduling your flight. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays are typically the cheapest days to fly; late-night flights ('red-eyes'), very early morning flights and flights with at least one stop tend to be discounted as well.

Ask the airline if it offers travel packages to save money in other areas. For instance, is a rental car or hotel room available at a discount along with the airline ticket?

Find out whether the stated fare is the cheapest, and inquire about other options when speaking to the airline reservations clerk. If you're using the Internet, check more than one Web site and compare rates.

Inquire about standby fares if you're flying off-season. High season is a bad time to fly standby because most airlines overbook flights, making it difficult to find a spare seat.

Purchase tickets through consolidators, who buy blocks of tickets and sell them at a discount to help an airline fill up all available seats. Check the travel section of the newspaper under 'Ticket Consolidators.'

Book early. You can purchase advance-ticket discounts by reserving 21 days ahead; book even earlier for holiday flights, especially in November and December. Keep in mind that holiday 'blackout periods' may prevent you from using frequent-flier miles.

Stay with the same airline during your entire trip to receive round-trip or connecting fare discounts.

Feed a Family on a Budget

Posted on 10:35 PM by Mr FX_is

In this day and age even two income households struggle to make ends meet. With alittle effort, your family can enjoy better meals and you can save hundreds of dollars a year on food expenses.

Making and adhering to a pre-planned menu will be the basis for your savings plan. It will also ensure good quality meals that your family enjoys. Start by recording a list of meals that your family enjoys and the cost and time involved in preparation and the approximate number of servings. Select from this list according to the family budget and plan each week's menu two weeks in advance

Pot type meals such as stew, spaghetti, jambalaya, soups, goulash, etc. will likely offer the most cost effective options and may even provide for two meals. You can add salads, breads, or other side dishes to add variety and nutrition.

Purchasing foods in bulk from stores such as Costco can offer savings in the long run. Divide and freeze or store foods in usable portions.

Discount grocery stores offer many of the same or equal quality brands as main stream grocery store chains at a reduced price. Be sure to shop around and purchase items according to your upcoming menu needs. Purchasing foods on short notice will definitely cause food prices and the gas used in travel to increase.

Have dedicated days for eating out pre-planned with a budget of spending allowed. Restaurant costs add up quickly

Eat at restaurants for lunches rather than dinners if possible as costs may be more affordable. Also be sure to keep a stock of local restaurant coupons ready and available when preparing your menu plan. Often restaurants have allocated days that children eat at a reduced price or free. They also may offer specials such as all you can eat etc. on certain days.

Packing lunches will also help to save on unnecessary expenses. Make food preparation and dining a fun family event. This will help to build good family relations and make eating at home more enjoyable.

Dress your Best on The Job

Posted on 10:32 PM by Mr FX_is

Looking your best at work is imperative is you want to be taken seriously and be considered for a promotion or a management level position in the future. Learn some basic tips and improve your chances for professional success.

Dress Better Than Your Colleagues - Using common sense as your guide, you can never dress too well for the office in a business or business casual environment. As a reference point, you should dress as well as or better than your supervisor, if you want to be taken seriously. Even on casual days, don’t be too casual.

Get Some Good Shoes - If you are on a tight budget, your best investment is in good leather shoes, three or more pairs, if possible. Keep them in good shape by buffing and shining them and replace as needed. Often, the better the shoes, the longer they last. Women should wear a medium heal at the office. Never wear high heels or open-toed shoes.

Interviews - If you are interviewing prospective employees or going to an interview yourself, wear a tie and jacket, or for a woman, a dress or suit with your best shoes. As a company representative, you want the job candidate to feel comfortable and dressing similarly to her will make her feel appropriately attired and more accepted.

Accessorize - Accessories can give you that flair and pizzazz you want to convey, but if overdone, can make you look foolish or brash. Stay with the classics like pearls or a single gold chain. Don’t go to work looking like a portable “bling-fest”. Tasteful choices like small earrings and a simple red scarf are appropriate at the office. Multitudes of heavy gold bullion chains and nose rings may be okay at a nightclub, but not at work.

General Advice - Never wear jeans, sweat clothes or sneakers to work even on casual days. Adding a jacket or blazer to any outfit brings it up a notch. Shop at discount stores for better brands at reasonable prices. Don’t buy rayon and other fabrics that need to be ironed. Always be clean and impeccably groomed regarding your hair, skin and fingernails. Dress like you care about your appearance and it will add significantly to your chances for success on the job.

Choose a Right Movie

Posted on 10:29 PM by Mr FX_is

Going to the movies or renting in tonight? Don't know what you'll enjoy or what will entertain both you and your guests? Read on.
Consider your Audience Are you renting alone for a quiet night in, or for a six-person group? Does your date need lots of flash and glitter to stay interested or a smart, subtle plot with artistic merit? Does your romance-night buddy find George Cloony overrated, but still considers Cary Grant a dreamboat? Make sure you know your crowd before you try to please it.
Pick a Genre The safest bet for a large group is something comedic and light so that conversation and laughs can occur without missing major story points. Romantic nights in can be as versatile as weepy tear-jerkers to promote cuddling or gory slasher flicks to create an air of excitement. The same goes for twosome viewing of many varieties. Keep in mind, however, being in the mood for a costume drama, and having someone bring home a National Lampoon flick because it all falls under the broad category of "romance," can be a let-down. Make sure you narrow down your criteria so that you know what to look for.
Find out What's New Check out the latest releases to see if anything fits your criteria. That's the best way to ensure that everyone is seeing the film for the first time.
Check the Numbers Unless it's opening night, it may be helpful to check how the film you're considering did at the box office, especially if your audience loves summer blockbusters and mainstream hits. Large box office numbers mean large turnouts, which are generally inspired by pieces that promise to entertain.
Watch the Trailer Youtube.com provides access to pretty much any trailer you want to see. Watching the preview will hopefully give you a good-parts view of what's in store so that you can gage how interesting the movie looks to you, and how well it suits your crowd.
Research the Creators If you're still unsure, it might help to see what the writer or director of the piece has done previously to get an idea of his or her style. Resources like imdb.com can help you easily track down the lists of previous films by the creative controllers of the film you're considering.
Ask Around The simplest way to find a good flick could be to ask a friend with similar taste or a rental-store/theater employee what he or she recommends or what he or she thought of your prospective choice. Your opinion could always differ from someone else's, but it might save time in your evening just to ask for a recommendation.

How to Change Flat Tire

Posted on 10:24 PM by Mr FX_is

Have you had a flat and had to call someone to help you? How embarrassing. Read on so you can take care of it yourself from now on.

Ok the first thing you need to do when you get a flat is pull off to the shoulder as soon as you can. When you get off the road turn on your warning lights immediately. Get out of the car on the side away from traffic. If you have a flashlight in your glove box(which you deffinatly should)get it out. Also get out your jack and your spare and tire iron. Be familiar with were all of these things are in your vehicle.

The first thing you need to do is jack the car up. Near each tire there is a metal plate up under the car on the frame or chassis. If it is a rear tire it will be just it front of it, if it is a front tire it will be just behind it. It is a small square metal plate that your jack is supposed to lock into. Place your jack under the plate right next to your flat and begin cranking the jack(this is often the most difficult part) the tire should be jack up about 4-5 inches off the ground or there abouts. REMEMBER: when the car is jacked up do not lean on it or push it or anything like that because you could push it off the jack and seriously damage your vehicle.

Now that the car is jacked up get the tire iron and twist off the rivet or bolts on the tire. IMPORTANT: do not lose these because you will need them to put the spare on. Once you have all the rivets/bolts off pull the flat off and put it in your trunk and place the spare tire on (make sure it put it on the right direction, it should only fit the right way). Now reattach the bolts/rivets with the tire iron.

Finally lower the jack back down until it can be easily removed from under the vehicle. Now put the tire iron and jack away and your done. One very important thing to remember though is that most spare tires have a recommended speed written on the tire itself which you should never exceed when driving with the spare. REMEMBER: The spare is only meant for short term use until you can get a replacement, so get it replaced ASAP.

Reduce brake fade

Posted on 3:21 PM by Mr FX_is

The decrease of stopping power commonly refereed to as "brake fade" happens after repeated application of the brakes, especially when carrying heavy loads or in high-speed situations. While there is no way to eliminate brake fade all together, there are several things you can do to reduce it.
When traversing a downhill road, select a lower gear rather than applying the brakes to slow down the vehicle. In a vehicle with an automatic transmission, you should apply the brakes first before switching to a lower gear.
When braking, "tapping" the brakes, as opposed to constant application, give the brakes an opportunity to cool between applications, therefore reducing brake fade.
After replacing your brakes, try not to over-brake or put too much strain on them within the first 100-150 miles. If you can afford them, high performance brakes and rotors provide better stopping power with less brake fade due to higher-quality materials used that increases friction while decreasing the amount of concentrated heat applied to the brakes.

Options
Tall and lean? If so, you're in luck: almost all tuxedos will look great on your body type.
